Performative Screenings #74
Milena Georgieva
{PAN TR∀CT}
Thursday, May 5, 2022
Meeting point 7:45 pm, school doors
The performance, which leads to a sound set, starts at 8 pm sharp and there will be only one run! Later entry will be possible, but for the full experience please come on time.
Milena Georgieva is currently researching the notion of Arcadia, set within contemporary collective and personal context – as a space of potential and ambivalence, amalgamation and parallelity, pasture and wasteland, utopia and dystopia, historical and fictional, actual and virtual, lost and found, internal and external, all surrounding and permeating, a queer space and a space of queerness.
PAN TR∀CT is a first performative attempt at the outset of a series to approach and examine the multiverse Arcadia. Together with collaborators Magdalena Forster and Leon Höllhumer PAN TR∀CT will open a passage towards Arcadia – entering the domain of Pan.
Concept, Sound, Performance: Milena Georgieva
Performance Collaborators: Magdalena Forster, Leon Höllhumer
